交流伺服电机也是无刷电机,分为同步和异步电机,目前运动控制中一般都用同步电机,它的功率范围大,可以做到很大的功率。大惯量,***高转动速度低,且随着功率增大而快速降低。因而适合做低速平稳运行的应用。输入或输出为交流电能的旋转电机。交流电动机分定子绕组和转子导体.转子导体形状像鼠笼导体与导体之间用硅钢片,有的交流电动机转子也有绕组。交流伺服电机转子是高阻抗的金属合金制成的,定子上的线圈有两组,分励磁线圈和力矩线圈,励磁线圈以固定的频率给转子励磁,力矩线圈负责提供转动的力矩,这两组线圈都在驱动器的带动下工作。自带的叫:旋转编码器,精度是:分度数(转动一周发出的脉冲数)。
