安装，连接，一切就绪。这是直接安装在机器上的远程I/O新局面。其信用卡大小的设计允许安装在***小区域。无需控制柜内空间。IP67防护等级可以承受***恶劣的环境。和集中式解决方案一样快速。采用开放式现场总线系统实现连接。
典型的I/O系统位于控制柜中央。需要为传感器和执行机构进行广泛的布线。模块化的机器设计另外还需要闷头连接器互联。只有完全摆脱了额外的配电箱才能充分发挥远程I/O模块的潜力。因此，带IP67防护等级的I/O模块成为了适用于恶劣工况的***佳解决方案。

减少接线
X67系统不需要在控制柜与每个传感器或执行机构之间进行长距离的大量接线，仅需单个总线电缆和24 VDC电源。这也适用于整个机器。与无源分配器相比存在相当大的节能潜力。这是因为将传感器接入了X67系统而非控制柜。
极短的调试时间
预装配的标准电缆便于机械师进行连接。接线错误已成为过去。运行准备工作起始于机器构造。不再需要进行冗长的接线检查。

高性能伺服驱动设计
ACOPOS伺服驱动系列是贝加莱完美自动化解决方案中的一个重要组成部分。针对行业的专用功能以及直观的工具是缩短开发时间的前提。
评价自动化解决方案的一个重要衡量标准是在应用程序或者生产过程发生瞬变时既快速又精确地产生事件响应。ACOPOS伺服驱动具备这一特性，它在运行时扫描时间非常短且通信循环周期仅400μs，控制循环仅50μs。

卓越的品质，性能强劲且操作安全
在工业环境中要保证正确操作就必须充分重视电磁兼容EMC。除了标准中规定的测试以外，还必须在恶劣的环境中进行现场测试。测试结果充分证明了在实验室和实际操作中优异的测试指标。设备中还内置了CE指南规定的滤波器。

计算机辅助模型运用已测量的电流和温度预测出整个系统的热能。从而实现了***大化系统性能。

ACOPOS伺服驱动会用到电机嵌入式参数芯片上的信息，这些信息包括相关的机电一体化数据。因此不再需要繁复且容易出错的人工设置参数，启动时间也大大减少。在维护期间，提供相关的必要数据并快速定位事故原因。

ACOPOS伺服系列也提供带部分涂层的电路板。这些产品具有相同的规格，但在防尘，防潮等环境影响下更加强大。

模块化，精确性和超强的通信能力
必要的I/O点数是ACOPOS伺服驱动标准设备中的一部分，用于操作一个伺服轴。用户在执行高精度测量或者印标控制的任务时，提供2个触发式输入。

伺服电机分类：伺服电机直流伺服电机、交流伺服电机和步进电机。直流伺服电机分为有刷和无刷电机。
遥控（Radio Contriol）直流伺服电机是一种用于无线电控制和小型机器人，体积小、价格便宜、大量生产的执行器。 
其主要特点是，当信号电压为零时无自转现象，转速随着转矩的增加而匀速下降，控制比较容易，体积小重量轻，输出功率和转矩大，方便调速。启动转矩大，调速一般为变频调速。在伺服系统中控制机械元件运转的发动机.是一种补助马达间接变速装置。
有刷电机成本低，结构简单，启动转矩大，调速范围宽，控制容易，需要维护，但维护方便（换碳刷），产生电磁干扰，对环境有要求。因此它可以用于对成本敏感的普通工业和民用场合。
无刷电机体积小，重量轻，出力大，响应快，速度高，惯量小，转动平滑，力矩稳定。控制复杂，容易实现智能化，其电子换相方式灵活，可以方波换相或正弦波换相。电机免维护，效率很高，运行温度低，电磁辐射很小，长寿命，可用于各种环境。
