叶片泵的分类 叶片泵又分为双作用叶片泵和单作用叶片泵。双作用叶片泵只能作定量泵用,单作用叶片泵可作变量泵用。 双作用叶片泵因转子旋转一周,叶片在转子叶片槽内滑动两次,完成两次吸油和压油而得名。 单作用叶片泵转子每转一周,吸、压油各一次,故称为单作用。
叶片泵的工作原理叶片泵转子旋转时,叶片在离心力和压力油的作用下,尖部紧贴在定子内表面上。这样两个叶片与转子和定子内表面所构成的工作容积,先由小到大吸油后再由大到小排 油,叶片旋转一周时,完成两次吸油与排油。
叶片泵的注意事项叶片泵的管理要点除需防干转和过载、防吸入空气和吸入真空度过大外,还应注意: 1.泵转向改变,则其吸排方向也改变叶片泵都有规定的转向,不允许反。因为转 子叶槽有倾斜,叶片有倒角,叶片底部与排油腔通,配油盘上的节流槽和吸、排口是按既定转向设计。可逆转的叶片泵必须专门设计。 2.叶片泵装配 配油盘与定子用定位销正确定位,叶片、转子、配油盘都不得装反, 定子内表面吸入区部分易磨损,必要时可将其翻转安装,以使原吸入区变为排出区而继续使用。

液压系统导致液压泵过热原因有:
一、液压泵装配不良导致液压泵异常发热:
①液压泵中的间隙在选配时不合适(例如柱塞与缸体、叶片与转子槽、定子与转子、齿轮与侧板等配合间隙过小等都会造成滑动部位过热烧伤)。
②液压泵的装配质量差,传动部分同轴度没有达到技术要求,在液压泵运转的时候有别劲的现象怠敞糙缎孬等茬劝长滑出现。
③液压泵中轴承的质量差或是在装配的时候被打坏,或是在液压泵安装的时候没有清洗干净,造成液压泵在运转时别劲。
④经过轴承的润滑油排油口不畅通:由于回油口螺塞未打开(未接管子),或是在安装的时候通油道没有清洗干净,导致有脏物绪住油口,还有可能是由于在安装时回油管弯头太多或有压扁的现象,导致排油口不通畅。
二、液压泵油液质量差所导致液压泵异常发热:
①在液压泵中使用的油液黏度与温度的特性差,在使用过程中黏度变化差很大。
②使用的液压油中含有大量水分,造成液压油的润滑不良,导致液压泵异常发热。
③长期没有更换液压泵中的油液,或是使用的液压油已被污染严重,导致液压泵发热。
三、液压泵管路故障导致液压泵发热:
①连接液压泵的泄油管被压扁或被堵死,导致无法泄油而使油泵发热。
②液压泵的排油管管径太细,不能使液压泵顺畅的排出油液,达不要排油要求。
③液压泵的吸油管径小,使得液压泵的吸油阻力大,无法正常吸油,导致油泵发热。
压铸机就是用于压力铸造的机器。包括热压室及冷压室两种。后都又分为直式和卧式两种类型。压铸机在压力作用下把熔融金属液压射到模具中冷却成型,开模后可以得到固体金属铸件,初用于压铸铅字。
压铸机主要由合模机构、压射机构、液压系统和电力控制系统等各部分组成。除此之外,压铸机还有零部件及机座、其他装置、辅助装置等部分。
合模机构
驱动压铸模进行合拢和开启的动作。当模具合拢后,具有足够的能力将模具锁紧,确保在压射填充的过程中模具分型面不会胀开。锁紧模具的力即称为锁模力(又称合型力),单位为千牛(kN),是表征压铸机大小的要参数。
压射机构
按规定的速度推送压室内的金属液,并有足够的能量使之流经模具内的浇道和内浇口,进而填充入模具型腔,随后保持一定的压力传递给正在凝固的金属液,直至形成压铸件为止。在压射动作全部完成后,压射冲头返回复位。
液压系统
为压铸机的运行提供足够的动力和能量。
电气控制系统
控制压铸机各机构的执行动作按预定程序运行。

塑料机械的完善程度直接影响塑料半制品或制品的质量、产量和成本,因而必须能适应塑料配混和加工过程的温度和应力的变化,以及由此而引起的熔融物料性能变化,并适应化学腐蚀和机械磨损等特殊条件。塑料品级的化,工程塑料的发展,复合材料的出现,塑料产品结构大型化、轻量化和薄壁化等技术的发展要求塑料机械达到:针对制品生产目的而成套化;高速、省力、自动化,以提高制品生产效率;保证产品规格和质量误差小的精密程度;能耗低,占地少,操作维护便易而安全。

执行元件的作用是将液体的压力能转换为机械能,驱动负载作直线往复运动或回转运动。执行元件有液压缸和液压马达。
挖制元件(即各种液压阀)在液压系统中控制和调节液体的压力、流量和方向。
